Maître MEILLET generally invoices by time spent.

The fees that are due to the Firm are determined on the basis of an hourly rate. Invoices are sent on a monthly or bimonthly basis. All due diligence is listed on the invoice so that the customer can check what is invoiced.

It is only in the context of simple and marked cases for which the due diligence to be carried out is known that Maître MEILLET can offer fixed fees.

When the nature of the case lends itself to it, Maître MEILLET can offer result fees. These are additional fees that are established as an agreed percentage of the sums both recovered and saved by the Client following a court decision having become enforceable or a transaction.

At the end of the first meeting, a fee agreement setting out the agreement of the parties is drawn up and signed in duplicate. It also establishes the amount of the requested provision.
